I signed up for a free pass at my local gym. I’m kinda excited. I’m getting the hang of going off work and getting my workout done and then going home. It took me a while to get familiarized with everything. I’m still very intimidated going to the free weights section, being that it is dominated by males. After 4 days, I finally ventured there, and it wasn’t so bad. People are really there to do there own things…and stares don’t last too long. I’m super sore today, but I hope I’ll be building some muscle’s soon…I do however miss my workouts at home.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
I’ll tell you what the hardest part of weight loss is…it’s keeping it off after you’ve lost it. It’s really is a lifestyle change. Eventually you hit a plateau and see no results, but that doesn’t mean you stop. You can’t just go back to eating whatever you want or stop working out, it just doesn’t work that way. Keep going! I have a pretty clean diet Monday to Friday, and I’m less restrictive on the weekends in that I pretty much eat whatever I want, but I don’t over do it. At the moment I’ve been maintaining since December and I haven’t gained or loss. I think I’m ready to get toned & build some muscles now. That means, new research on how to build muscle and get toned, & I probably will finally join a GYM. Small goals will get you to bigger goals. Have fun with your workouts. Eat clean and have cheat days. Weight loss wont automatically fix all your problems…that you have to do on your own. Love yourself for whoever you are, inside and outside. I was and am an emotionally eater…and that is something I work on daily too.
- you are never as awkward as you think you are
- you are never as annoying as you think you are
- you are never as boring as you think you are
- your compliments are never as creepy as you think they are
- you are way more wanted than you give yourself credit for

P90x2 Base + Back
Last night I did this P90x2 Base and Back. Let’s say working large muscles had me huffing and puffing. Lots of plyometrics and pull ups…love the stretching at the end.
