Stop relying on others to push you to reach your goal. Find the drive inside of yourself, that way no one can ever take it away.
Something I’ve never mentioned about myself is that I have social anxiety. But I found that this journey has helped me with it. I have more confidence, and I feel better about myself, in that I have less negative thoughts about myself, and I’ve become more social in different group settings. I love EXERCISING! It’s helped me deal with stress and my anxieties. To everyone out there KEEP IT UP!
