Low Carb Day

I feel so sluggish today because it’s a low carb day for me. Trying this carb cycling to see if it can help me with my plateau. Low carb days on rest & cardio days & high carb days on strength training days. So far it’s been working out. Tomorrow is leg day, which mean it’s a high carb day…yay!

Quick stir fry shrimp and veggies for dinner

An update to my progress.  I’ve been doing more strength training in the last few months & so far it’s going good.  I’m currently 128 pounds & my butt is getting much firmer from squatting.  I’m going to start keeping track of my food again, and start focusing on getting stronger in the next few months.  I feel if I keep track of my progress, and set small goals, I’m more able to stay on track.  Some days I feel like giving up, but I look back and I see all the progress and changes I have made, and I keep moving forward.  2 year difference between these two pictures.
