I haven’t been as active as before but I just want you all to know I’m still here. Joining the gym has been great, but I miss Shaun T and Tony Horton. Gain 5 pounds but I think it’s because of all the strength training I’ve been doing…hopefully. Getting stronger each day. A year ago I never thought I would be were I’m at, but that’s time…it’s surprises you. My goals were to lose weight, but now it’s to get stronger…sometimes goals needs to be adjusted as time goes on.
Getting stronger with strength training. However my diet has not been as clean as it should be, and as a result my stomach is not leaning out. Now, I have to reassess what needs to be done about my diet and ways to control my binge eating.
It’s taken me close to 3 weeks to get comfortable in the male dominated weight room. Now I just go and get whatever I need done, done. Lifting heavier & learning new things each day. Slight improvement to my buttocks region from all the squatting I’ve been doing.
